Satan finds the heart's ground empty and sows the seeds of harmful thoughts; from them arise intentions and resolve, and then action. But if he finds the heart occupied with useful thoughts about what it was created for, what it was commanded to do, and the enduring bliss or painful punishment prepared for it, he finds no place for his seed.”
