“When Khosrow perishes, there will be no Khosrow after him; when Caesar perishes, there will be no Caesar after him. By Him in whose hand is Muhammad's soul, their treasures will be spent in God's cause.” Al-Bukhari (3618) and Muslim (2918). The banner states that this prediction was fulfilled: the rule of the Persian kings ended with the conquest of Persia in 31 AH, and that of the Caesars with the conquest of Constantinople in 857 AH; their treasures were spent in God's cause.
