Forum of Waqf Jurisprudence Issues XI - Part II of the Second Topic: Rules of Governance of Waqf Institutions

The Forum was organized by the General Secretariat of Awqaf in cooperation with the Presidency of Religious Affairs, the General Directorate of Awqaf of the Republic of Turkey and the Islamic Development Bank in Jeddah and held in Istanbul from 10-12 Jumada II 1432 AH (13-15 May 2011).

The 7th Waqf Jurisprudence Issues Forum was held at the Bristol Hotel in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina from 9 to 11 Shaban 1436 AH corresponding to 27 to 29 May 2015. The forum’s work revolved around the financial status of the Waqf – stopping the production tools – rooting the Waqf revenues – decisions, recommendations and other topics.
