After copying the mRNA, it moves from the nucleus to the cytoplasm, where the actual location of the translation is, and where the message is decoded. Translation of the mRNA molecule is obtained by a complex group of molecules that together form the translation device, an important part of the translation device is the complex globular organelle known as the ribosomal assembly of approximately 50 proteins or 3 RNA chains. This site is generally close to one end of the mRNA, like any other automatic decoding system, the cell's translation system contains a set of transport elements that connect each functional unit of the code, i.e., each triplet in the RNA, with the correct material in the translated message, which is a specific amino acid. This main activity is done by a special set of RNA molecules, known as a transporter RNA, or tRNA. During the translation process, mRNA passes through the ribosome just as the magnetic stripe crosses the reading head in the tape recorder, and when each reading head triad arrives it bonds loosely with the appropriate tRNA, which carries the appropriate amino acid. Special proteins in the ribosome remove the amino acid from the tRNA, and then gradually attach the associated amino acid chain to one amino acid after another. When the amino acid chain ends, it separates from the tRNA, automatically involving it, to give its three-dimensional functional structure. Proteins are thus synthesized in the cell as a result of the amazing intimacy between a set of molecules – proteins – and a completely different set of molecules – nucleic acids. Nuclear acids contain information for building proteins, but proteins extract this information and use it for all the next stages of this complex chain of transformations.
