“Do they not look at how camels were created, how the sky was raised, how mountains were set up, and how the earth was spread out?” [Al-Ghashiyah: 17–20] “This address is directed first to the Arabs. As al-Khattabi says, an Arab habitually rides his mount over lands near and far. Alone, he sees only sky above, earth below, mountains to either side, and the animal he rides. Reflecting on these things reveals the marks of craftsmanship and subtle wisdom in the benefits God has provided: their Maker is kind, all-aware, all-knowing and powerful.”
